Prices at a glance
Service washes: the minimum charge covers the first 6 kg, then you pay per kilo. Every price includes detergent and folding unless it says otherwise.

Choose your items on the booking form to see the relevant starting prices. For pay-as-you-go locker and collection orders, we inspect and weigh your laundry, then send an itemised invoice.
Pay-as-you-go collection orders have a £30 minimum, even if your laundry totals less. There is no separate collection or return fee.
Subscription laundry uses your monthly allowance and included benefits. Extra or separately invoiced work follows the applicable one-off prices. Business laundry is quoted separately.
Standard laundry is usually ready in 2–3 days, depending on drop-off time, weekends and items. We confirm your ready date. Select a category for prices and service details, or read our turnaround guidance.

Standard laundry is usually ready in 2–3 days, depending on drop-off time, weekends and the items involved. A Friday-evening locker drop-off may mean Tuesday. We confirm your ready date; wait for the ready-to-collect message before returning for locker laundry.
Ask about Express or Super Express before dropping off. Availability depends on the service and when you drop off; Super Express is not offered with collection and delivery. Business laundry timings are agreed separately.
Economy service washes
Economy washes are wash-and-dry only and do not include folding.

Colour separation
Clearly separated, wash-ready light and dark loads have no separation charge; separate bags are not required. Each load must be large enough to wash safely on its own. A too-small separated load may incur 1 fixed £4 charge per booking after we contact you. Mixed laundry we sort is 1 fixed £4 charge per booking. Eligible subscription bookings using plan allowance keep included Colour Separation; separately invoiced or non-entitled bookings use the normal £4 charge.
A note on pressing
Pressing and ironing are handled in-house. Shirts and individual garments are priced per piece, while mixed clothes and bedlinen are priced by weight.
- Drop off any 2 duvets, sleeping bags, mattress toppers or similar bulky bedding items together and get 25% off the 2nd item.
- Drop off 4 pillows together and the 4th pillow is free.
Offers apply when the items are left with us at the same time. Where a discount applies, it is taken from the lowest-priced item in the offer.
