## Service wash choices

### Wash, dry and fold

- The main service wash includes washing, drying, folding, packing and laundry products.
- Standard, Express and Super Express turnaround choices are available. The live form or shop team confirms what is achievable for the requested handoff and ready date.
- The minimum charge is based on 6kg even when a presented load weighs less.
- The customer should use the notes field for detergent preferences, folding requests and anything needing a different process from the standard wash.

### Economy laundry

- Economy is the lower-cost wash-and-dry option.
- Economy does not include folding.
- Economy also uses a 6kg minimum charge.
- Next-day and same-day choices may be offered, subject to the live booking flow and operational confirmation.

### Colour separation

- Laundry already divided into separate wash-ready bags for lights and darks does not attract a separation charge.
- Mixed laundry can be separated by The Clean Bean for 1 fixed £4 charge per booking.

## Collection and return

- One-off collection and return is available within the current service area around BS7 8PB.
- The collection form validates the postcode and uses it to determine the applicable route availability; the customer does not choose an arbitrary route window.
- Customers choose an available collection day and a preferred ready-by day.
- The normal ready-by starting point is day +2 business days after collection. Weekends are excluded from that minimum calculation.
- A requested date is not a guarantee. The booking and subsequent confirmation describe the operational status.

- Saturdays can be offered as locker ready dates; Sundays are not offered.
- The Clean Bean contacts the customer if timing, suitability or final price needs confirmation before processing.
- The customer is contacted again when the finished order is ready for collection.

## Subscriptions

- The One Plan provides recurring laundry allowances with either locker or home collection/return service styles.
- Public plan names currently include Light Load, Busy Week, Family, Laundry Legend and Fresh Exchange.
