Subscriber Locker Drop-Off
Use this route when you are signed in and using your locker subscription.
Put your laundry or household items in the locker first, then tell us the locker number, PIN, and what you have left. Your saved account details will be used where possible, and the request can be kept with your subscription.
Need a one-off locker drop-off instead? The public locker drop-off form is still available. Need us to collect from your address? Use book a collection.
If you have used Clean Bean before, including on the previous site, go to your account and enter your email for a secure sign-in link before submitting your locker drop-off.
If you are a locker subscriber, sign in first so this request can be marked against your subscription account. If not, carry on as normal. Locker drop-off still works without an account.
How It Works
1. You leave your items in one or more lockers and submit the form below.
2. We empty the locker during our next working shift and confirm what you have left.
3. We email the next step only if anything still needs manual review, payment, or plan follow-up.
4. Once the order is cleared for processing, we clean it and email you again when it is ready to collect.
Important Notes
We always aim for the ready date you request, but it is a guide rather than a guarantee.
Dry cleaning is temporarily unavailable while we move to a new provider, so it is not part of the active locker menu right now.
If you use more than one locker, please use the same PIN for each locker and list the extra locker numbers in the form.
